Hi, I’m Jen, the creator behind CleanrU, and I love matcha. I’ve never been a coffee person, but I love my daily matcha so much that I even bring my blender with me when I travel.

​I’m happiest in nature, especially by the water or surrounded by trees, and I love spending time with my beautiful family.​

My journey into health and wellness began over 10 years ago.In 2015, I graduated from Holistic Nutrition school, lost my mom to cancer, and met my husband, all in the same year. The years that followed were filled with deep grief, and I became deeply focused on living a clean, healthy lifestyle as a way to protect myself and my future family.

In 2018, after a long and emotional fertility journey, I welcomed my baby boy. Those early years were incredibly beautiful and meaningful, and also exhausting. Like many mothers, I poured everything into caring for him, often at the expense of my own health.

Today, I’m navigating mid-life and peri-menopause, and the struggle is very real.This season of life has brought me back to what truly matters. Slowing down. Tuning in. Being more intentional with what we bring into our home and our bodies.

Through CleanrU, my goal is to:

• Create more at home so I truly know what’s in our food and products

• Reignite my love for cooking, baking, and DIY

• Share safer, thoughtfully chosen alternatives for the things that aren’t realistic to make ourselves

• Practice more mindfulness in daily life and in how I speak to myself
