Meet Jen

Hi, I'm Jen, the creator behind CleanrU. I love matcha (never been a coffee person), I'm happiest by the water or surrounded by trees, and I love my family fiercely.

My health journey started over 10 years ago. In 2015, I graduated from Holistic Nutrition school, lost my mom to cancer, and met my husband, all in the same year. In the grief that followed, I became deeply focused on living clean and protecting my future family's health.

After a long fertility journey, I welcomed my baby boy in 2018. Those early years were beautiful and also exhausting. Like a lot of moms, I poured everything into him and put my own health on the back burner.

Now I'm navigating mid-life and perimenopause, and it's brought me back to what matters. This season has taught me how much our hormones are shaped by what we eat, what's in our home, and how we manage stress. CleanrU exists to help women not feel alone in this journey, and to share low-tox, health and wellness tips that support their health in all seasons of life.
